Guided meditation is a great way for you to get in touch with the deepest part of yourself to heal and solve long-time issues. Each session is created and guided to your specific needs. You will be able to gather the tools to practice on your own the techniques of relaxation, letting go, healing, and finding answers. You will experience a complete self-awareness that lies within. When you come out you will feel refreshed, relaxed, and awed by what you have discover. To help the process Brian may use Aromatherapy, Crystal Energy, Reiki, and Singing Vibrational Cleansing.
